Yes! You will be able to collect your order for FREE from any Bodyfirst Nutrition store in Clontarf or Ranelagh on Monday. We will notify you when your order is ready to collect in store.
Yes of course! If you don’t want to meet the driver face to face, that’s no problem. The boxes do not need to be signed for so just include in your delivery note that you would like “contactless delivery” and include a safe place for us to leave your box!
If you place your order by midnight Thursday, you will receive your meals the following Sunday/Monday.
Delivery will still take place on a Sunday to home addresses. If ordering to a work address, please keep this in mind and do not order to a work place if it is closed on Monday. Work place delivery will then be on a Tuesday.
If you find you have an issue with your order, please call us on 018055911 (10am – 6pm) or email email@example.com within 24 hours of your delivery. Please provide us with your order number and name, or photos of any damage you may have to any meals so we can address the issue right away.
Don’t panic! Our boxes are packaged with high-quality, food-grade insulation and cooler gel packs to ensure that your food stays fresh until you get home. If no one is available at your designated address at the time of delivery, we have a “leave safe” policy in place with our delivery partner. Just let us know of a safe place where the driver can leave your box!
We deliver each week between 8am – 6pm on Sunday to home addresses and Monday to work places.
Yes! Your meals can be frozen for up to 30 days. After that, we can not guarantee the quality of your meals. However, we don’t advise freezing your breakfasts.
Yes it can! Our packaging will keep things cool and fresh until you can get home. But do remember to place your meals in the refrigerator as soon as you get home!
Unfortunately not at this time, we don’t offer custom meals or meal planning services. However, we do let you choose your meals if you would like more control over what you receive each week.
When defrosting your meals, leave them in your fridge overnight for a natural defrost. Once they have thawed, eat that day. You can heat and enjoy using the instructions on the package!
Meals and breakfasts must be stored in the fridge below 4 degrees to ensure shelf life, quality and freshness.
If you have allergies or there are certain foods you cannot eat for either medical or personal reasons, please check each of the meals in our menu. All meals will have the ingredients listed and allergens (if any) associated with that meal.
We make every effort and use best practices to avoid cross contamination, but we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination with your meals. We urge you to use caution when ordering CleanEats as some of our meals contain common allergens such as nuts, dairy, egg and wheat. If you suffer from food allergies and are in any way unsure please contact us ahead of time as we are happy to address any questions you may have on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Consume your meals within 3 days or by the use by date. Any meals after this date must be frozen.

You can, the more meals you purchase the bigger the discount. The maximum discount is capped from 15+ meals. We will also have a CleanEats loyalty points scheme running soon where you can avail of a discount with points built up from multiple orders. You can redeem these points at checkout.
Unfortunately all orders must be paid in advance at checkout during the ordering process online at www.cleaneats.ie. Also for safety reasons, the drivers cannot accept cash.
You can cancel your order at any time before the cut-off time, midnight Thursday for the following Sunday/Monday delivery. After which our chefs will have begun preparing your meals and orders cannot be cancelled. If you’d like to cancel please contact us on 018055911 (10am – 6pm) or email email@example.com as soon as possible.
We don’t provide this service as yet. We do let you choose your meals so you have more control over what you receive each week.

You can put the cardboard box and insulation in your recycling bin. You can cut open your ice packs and pour the non-toxic water solution down your sink. Then, depending on your area, you can put the ice pack bags either in your recycling or rubbish bin. The clear trays can be reused if possible. They can also be washed and then recycled, as can any clip on lids. Double check these instructions against the information which you receive from your local bin collection company!
The minimum amount of meals you can purchase is 5 meals. You can then order as many as you like in increments of FIVE e.g 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 meals etc.
